STAMBI Return & Exchange Policy

Because every garment at STAMBI is part of a highly limited, custom pre-order manufacturing run, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or size exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size.

Why? We manufacture the exact number of pieces ordered down to the specific size and color during our open window. We do not carry extra physical inventory on hand to facilitate exchanges. Please thoroughly review our Size Guide & Fit Advice before submitting your payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your garment arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., misprint, tears) or you were sent the wrong size/style by our mistake, please email us at cebasktball@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly manufacture a replacement or issue a full refund to correct our mistake.
